Court Rules No Suspicion Needed For Laptop Searches At The Border

This is what the government considers the borders, remember they believe they should be able to search and copy people’s laptops, cell phones, and other devices at border checkpoints without reasonable suspicion.  And on Jan. 1st, 2014  Edward R. Korman  Senior United States District Appeals Judge in New York agreed that they the right to search as they damn well may please for any reason they may damn well please as long as it is at what they call a border check point without violating the First or Fourth Amendments.
